As our Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist new customers with policy applications.
- Provide information on insurance products and services.
- Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
- Document accurate records of customer interactions to drive effective follow-up.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Self-motivated and able to multitask.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales preferred.
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
